•No guarantee of award or recognition is implied by entry
•Eligibility and participation requirements are subject to change
Cider Canada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any award category or submission stream at its discretion.
Producers and recipients may reference awards received through the Canadian Cider Awards, subject to the following:
•Official award logos must not be altered
•Medal references must accurately reflect the award year and category
•Unauthorized use of award branding is prohibited
Cider Canada reserves the right to revoke use of award marks if misrepresented.
The Canadian Cider Awards recognize submissions entered through partner platforms, including but not limited to:
•Canada Beer Cup
•WineAlign
•Cider Connect Program
Each platform maintains its own terms, judging processes, and submission requirements. Cider Canada is not responsible for operational decisions, timelines, or independent judging outcomes of third-party partners.
Cider Canada / Cidre Canada shall not be liable for:
•Loss or damage of submitted samples
•Shipping delays or errors
•Technical issues with online submission platforms
•Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation
Participation in the Awards program is undertaken at the entrant’s own risk.
All website content including text, graphics, logos, award marks, documents, and images are the property of Cider Canada / Cidre Canada unless otherwise noted.

Personal and business information collected through award submissions or website contact forms is used solely for program administration and communication purposes.
